Programme Overview

In today’s rapidly evolving tech landscape, the role of a CTO is more vital than ever. The Chief Technology and AI Officer (CTAIO) Programme by NUS Computing, the first in Singapore, equips senior technology professionals with the insights and skills needed to drive technology and AI-led innovation.

The comprehensive curriculum spans four pillars: Digital Innovation and AI Strategy; Enterprise Transformation and Tech-Driven Agility; Leading AI, GenAI and Frontier Technologies; and Governance, Sustainability, and Change Leadership. Alongside core topics such as technology integration, leadership, and digital processes, the programme explores disruptive technologies including Artificial Intelligence. Modules cover key areas like AI Architecture, Scaling AI Systems, GenAI, and AI Infrastructure, preparing CTOs to lead AI adoption and develop effective AI strategies as part of their broader role.

Key features include an on-campus networking event, access to the CTO Playbook, a certificate from NUS Computing, mentorship from a Success Coach, and membership in the NUS Computing ACE Network.

This programme prepares CTOs to lead across all technology domains, empowering them to drive enterprise transformation, including the strategic adoption of AI technologies.
